It was the early Ernest T.  fan club.  I was elected national vice president of the official Ernest T. Bass fan club.  I still have the news paper clipping from that time.  I had lived in Monterey California then but was moved to Okinawa from my dad being transfered there.
I favored his window breaking abilities.  Long live Ernest.
